Movies and series — May 2018
Movies and series I watched during May 2018
Brooklyn 99 (8/10)
Still a fantastic humour series. More Hitchcock and Scully makes it even better.
Red Sparrow (7/10)
I didn’t expect the plot to be that good. I love spy movies. Lawrence good as always.
Asian provocateur S2 (7/10)
Pretty funny series. Not as good as the first one.
Avengers: Infinity War (6/10)
Less funny moments than expected. Quite a dramatic movie. It leaves you a sense of unfinished movie. I like the Edinburgh scenes on it: 2 months of closed streets for a 4 minutes in the movie.
Black Panther (6/10)
I expected to be more spectacular and entertaining. Bland story. Only the bad guy is charismatic.
Happy S1 (6/10)
Very offensive and bloody series about an ex-cop converted to hit-man who starts seeing an imaginary friend. There are some funny moments.
Anon (6/10)
Good idea. Very slow, no rhythm.
The foreigner (5/10)
Similar to other Jackie Chan movies. This one has some sort of interesting plot for an easy action movie.
Designated survivor S2 (4/10)
Every episode is the same. Went down from last season.
Friday night dinner (4/10)
A couple of good jokes, but nothing new in the second season.
Killing Gunter (4/10)
Tries to be a comedy about hitmans.
Jumanji 2 (2/10)
A big budget for an horrendous movie.
